Privacy & Terms
Effective date: February 16, 2026
1) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Promoverto.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Privacy & Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all visitors, publishers/partners (“Publishers”), advertisers, and registered users.
2) What Promoverto is
Promoverto is a pre-redirect video advertising platform. A Promoverto link can display a short video ad (currently 8 seconds) before continuing to the intended destination.
We count and bill advertisers only for completed views (e.g., a full 8-second completion).
Important: If no eligible ad is available, Promoverto may perform a direct redirect without showing an ad.
3) Publisher pages, approval & quality
Publishers may submit websites/pages (“Pages”) to Promoverto for participation. We may review Pages to ensure they meet quality, safety, and relevance requirements.
We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any Page at any time, including (but not limited to) cases where:
- content is misleading, harmful, illegal, or violates third-party rights
- traffic quality appears invalid, manipulated, or suspicious
- the Page is not relevant to the declared niche/vertical (especially during early access phases)
- the Page creates a poor user experience (aggressive popups, forced clicks, deceptive buttons, etc.)
Promoverto is currently optimized for math / EdTech audiences. Publishers agree to submit Pages and place Promoverto links primarily in content that is relevant to their audience and niche.
4) Ads, formats, and quality standards
To support real publisher use-cases (including link-in-bio, mobile-first traffic, and website embeds), Promoverto may serve ads in different creative formats, including:
- Vertical (portrait) video ads
- Horizontal (landscape) video ads
We aim to maintain a clean, short, and trustworthy ad experience. We reserve the right to reject, pause, or remove any advertiser creative for quality, policy, or user trust reasons.
We do not guarantee ad “fill” (availability). If no eligible ad is available, the Service may redirect without showing an ad.
5) Publisher guidelines (traffic quality & relevance)
Publishers agree to:
- Place Promoverto links only where they make sense for their audience and content.
- Use Promoverto links on selected links you control (e.g., resources, read-more pages, affiliate links, buy pages).
- Send only legitimate human traffic. “Quality traffic” means real users with genuine intent (not automated, not incentivized, not misleading).
- Use Promoverto in a way that does not deceive users or simulate “required” clicks.
6) Prohibited behavior (no fraud / no manipulation)
You must not attempt to inflate views, completions, clicks, or earnings. This includes, but is not limited to:
- bots, scripts, automated browsing, click farms, or paid/incentivized traffic designed to generate ad views
- forcing reloads, auto-redirect loops, hidden iframes, popunders, or any deceptive/forced viewing mechanics
- misleading UI (“fake download” buttons, deceptive prompts) used to trick users into triggering Promoverto links
- repeated self-viewing or encouraging others to repeatedly view ads for the purpose of boosting earnings
7) Monitoring, enforcement, and account actions
We actively monitor traffic and viewing patterns for quality, validity, and fraud prevention. If we detect suspicious activity, we may:
- withhold or reverse invalid views/earnings
- pause payouts while activity is reviewed
- suspend or terminate accounts
- block domains, traffic sources, devices, or IP ranges
We reserve the right to take these actions at our sole discretion to protect advertisers, Publishers, and the integrity of the Service.
8) Frequency cap (user experience)
To reduce fatigue and protect user experience, Promoverto may limit how often an ad is shown to the same user. In the current phase, we aim to show an ad to the same user no more frequently than once per 5 minutes.
Note: This is a best-effort policy and may evolve based on fraud prevention, product improvements, and advertiser requirements.
9) Payouts
Publisher earnings are eligible for payout when the payout balance reaches at least $20 USD.
Payout method: PayPal (we will add additional methods later, such as Stripe, as the Service evolves).
You are responsible for providing accurate payout details (e.g., PayPal email) and for any fees, taxes, or reporting obligations that apply to you. We do not guarantee any minimum earnings, traffic, or ad fill.
10) Advertiser terms (high level)
Advertisers pay for completed video views as defined by the Service (e.g., full 8-second completion). We reserve the right to reject, pause, or remove ads that violate our policies or harm user trust.
11) Service availability and changes
Promoverto may be in pilot/early access and may change over time. We may modify features, pricing, ad duration, eligibility, tracking rules, formats, and policies at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
